My Story
Hello, I’m Sharena Lee Satti: poet, mentor, and festival curator with over ten years of experience working across schools, community organisations, and cultural programmes. I’ve supported thousands of students and adults through creative mentoring, poetry workshops, and personal development sessions.
I am the founder of Sisterverse Festival, now entering its third year, and previously created and hosted a long-running open mic at Bradford Libraries. Alongside this, I curate and support large-scale community events, including PHAB Festival, championing inclusive spaces where creativity and connection thrive.
My work centres around helping people express themselves, process experiences, and build confidence through reflective writing and storytelling. Whether working one-to-one or with large audiences, I bring empathy, experience, and a deep commitment to creating environments where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired.
